My Mission

THE WINDOW IS SHORTER THAN YOU THINK

I spent 14 years as a professional and the one thing every retiring player will tell you is the same: time moves fast.

The players who look back with regret aren’t the ones who tried and fell short. They’re the ones who waited – for the right moment, the right coach, the right break.

This program exists because I want to give you what I had to find the hard way. The access, the knowledge, the honest conversations that most players simply never get.

You don’t need to figure this out alone. That’s the whole point.

I've worked with Robbie Crawford for four years now! Private coaching is top notch with all my sessions building upon the last and focusing on where I can improve. I recently started working with Robbie with game analysis of my Trace-recoded games. This helps me improve on my game strategy to best support my team. He is the best of the best when it comes to one-on-one training sessions. He is also a really big role model, not only to me, but to other youngsters out there.

Robbie's stats and career achievements to date

Joined Glasgow Rangers Academy at 8 years old
Won multiple youth trophies and played in tournaments all around the world
Invited to training camp with Scotland National Youth Team
Made Professional debut for Rangers at 19 years old having gone pro at 17
Signed a 5 year contract with the first team and won 2 league medals in that time. Won another league winners medal while on loan at local club, Greenock Morton
Made over 10 appearances in Champions League and Europa League competition
League Cup Final and Playoff Finals in single season in Finland in 2019 while being nominated for club’s player of the season
Joined Charleston Battery in 2020, making over 75 appearances and been made captain in a number of games
Asked to represent the National Team of Myanmar in 2022, with only a paperwork issue getting in the way of a full International Debut
Eastern Conference Champion in 2023
