I spent 14 years as a professional, and the one thing every retiring player will tell you is the same: time moves fast.
The players who look back with regret aren’t the ones who tried and fell short. They’re the ones who waited — for the right moment, the right coach, the right break.
This program exists because I want to give you what I had to find the hard way. The access, the knowledge, the honest conversations that most players simply never get.
You don’t need to figure this out alone. That’s the whole point.

- Age 8Joined the Glasgow Rangers Academy, winning multiple youth trophies and playing tournaments around the world.
- YouthInvited to training camp with the Scotland National Youth Team.
- 17 – 19Turned professional at 17 and made his professional debut for Rangers at 19.
- RangersSigned a five-year first-team contract and won two league medals — plus another league winner's medal on loan at Greenock Morton.
- EuropeMade more than 10 appearances in the Champions League and Europa League.
- 2019Played in a League Cup Final and Playoff Final in a single season in Finland, and was nominated for the club's Player of the Season.
- 2020Joined the Charleston Battery, going on to make 75+ appearances and captain the team in a number of games.
- 2022Asked to represent the National Team of Myanmar — only a paperwork issue stood in the way of a full international debut.
- 2023Eastern Conference Champion with the Charleston Battery.

I've worked with Robbie Crawford for four years now! Private coaching is top notch with all my sessions building upon the last and focusing on where I can improve. I recently started working with Robbie on game analysis of my Trace-recorded games. This helps me improve my game strategy to best support my team. He is the best of the best when it comes to one-on-one training sessions. He is also a really big role model, not only to me, but to other youngsters out there.
Robbie has worked with my son, a 14-year-old midfielder, in the offseason. We couldn't be happier with Robbie and the tremendous help he has been to my son. His instruction and training have been very effective, and it has definitely shown in my son's improved gameplay. Aside from his talents as a coach, Robbie is simply a wonderful mentor!
